Snowshoe cat is made of Siamese cat (certain introduction) and two-color American cat A hybrid breed of short-haired cats originally produced in the United States. They are bright, playful, and gentle, making them a good playmate for children.

Snowshoe cats were developed to combine the complexion of Siamese cats and the white ankles of Birman cats. They are huge in size, with some male cats even weighing more than 5 kilograms. Newly born snowshoe cats are all white and have to wait two years before their stripes appear. Originally, the coat color of Siamese cats was the main one, but now cat breeds with various coat colors have been cultivated.

Head: slightly rounded triangle, with a medium nose.

Ears: Medium to large, broad at base, slightly rounded at tip. There is sparse hair in the ears.

Eyes: quite large, oval, chestnut-shaped, with the tips of the eyes slightly raised. The distance between the eyes is one eye width.

Facial color: blue, the darker, the better.

Paws: The paws are medium in size and round, like a Burmese cat, and the tips of its claws are also white.

Tail: Length is proportional to body size. Excessively thick at the base and gradually tapering toward the tip.

Coat: short, thick, shiny, smooth on the body. Slightly downy underlayer.

Coat color: dark brown, chocolate and lavender. There should be a clear contrast between the extremity color and the body color, while the body color should be lighter than the extremity color. Eye color should be blue. There are upside-down V-shaped patterns on the forehead and white patterns on the claws. Ideally, the gloves should be four evenly spaced. The tip of the nose should be white, without any coloring, and the color should be obvious or multi-colored.
